i had a great time at una hotels hotel & residence contessa jolanda milano. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. our classic double room was spacious enough for us, with a cozy sofa for lounging. it's also nice that you can use the free gym. plus, the check-out time at noon let us explore the city before leaving.

Friendly staff and clean-ish rooms.

The room had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Cleaning services were lacking. we ran out of toilet paper and there was a sewage odor in the bathroom. The decor is outdated, with uncomfortable bedding that uses separate sheets instead of a duvet.

Spacious room, comfortable stay, with a kitchenette that added convenience provides everything needed for a weekend visit, and its close proximity to public transport makes exploring the area very easy.

I stayed in a Classic Double Room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with a comfortable big bed, and there was a nice little kitchen area. The TV room had a sofa and dining table, so it felt pretty homey. Close to a bus station and Lidl for snacks, but the overall vibe was a bit too dated for my taste.
